To list items for sale on Kartlenz, you must register as a Seller. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including required verification documents.
As a seller, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Kartlenz policies. You must accurately describe your items and promptly fulfill orders.
Kartlenz charges fees for selling on our platform, as well as applicable subscription and transaction fees. You authorize Kartlenz (and its payment partners) to deduct all applicable fees from your sales proceeds.
You agree not to list or sell items that are illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise violate our Prohibited Items Policy. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant listings.
You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to list and sell the items offered. You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Kartlenz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account at any time, for any reason, including violation of this agreement or poor performance metrics.
Sellers are expected to maintain professional communication with customers and Kartlenz support staff at all times.
